1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClayDay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ClayDay is a mobile application designed for ceramic artists and enthusiasts to:

Create and organize ceramic project notebooks
Take quick notes about materials, techniques, and ideas
Share work with the ceramics community
Connect with other ceramic artists

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content publicly, you grant ClayDay a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.

Content Guidelines: You agree not to post content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
Is spam, misleading, or deceptive
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains explicit or inappropriate material

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

ClayDay Pro: The App offers a one-time lifetime purchase for premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

Free Features: Free users can create up to 3 notebooks or 6 quick notes.

6. Intellectual Property

The ClayDay app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by ClayDay and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Local Data: You are responsible for backing up your local data. While we provide iCloud backup features for Pro users, we are not responsible for data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClayDay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
